3stepIT helps MAG INTERACTIVE with its ITAD process (IT Asset Disposal – data sanitization, de-identify etc.). The equipment gets a second life somewhere else, a good and safe way to contribute to the environmental challenges on our planet). We have asked 3stepIT to provide a webshop to be able to provide IT stuff to our valuable employees and for a good price.

To better understand 3stepIT’s handling process, please carefully read the information below before placing your order.

 3stepIT handles just under a million device per year so you may see 3stepIT as a very big factory, normally selling devices by the thousands on pallets (3stepIT’s processes are not built to sell single devices to single persons as in the webshop for MAG INTERACTIVE’s employees). This means that each and every detail on the equipment is not tested. As 3stepIT cannot provide the service by ourselves (single sales-, shipping-, warranty, re-installation etc.) we need to cooperate with a partner, Marinex.

What can be expected, things you need to take into account and what can happen if you decide to buy something;

• When you place your order Marinex has not yet seen the device as it’s still at 3stepIT’s premises (a device will only be shipped to Marinex if it’s bought).

• Marinex can’t downgrade a device as the grading simply is a mirroring of the grading 3stepIT supplies. Also the prices are mirrored and can’t be changed in any case or due to any device errors that Marinex might detect.

• What happens when your device arrives at Marinex
When the equipment arrives at Marinex they do yet another, more thorough, test and might find an error which 3stepIT hasn’t detected in their normal test process. In the case Marinex find an error they will offer you a price to fix the error. You can then either; 1. say yes to Marinex offer, 2. Buy the product as is or, 3. don’t follow through with your purchase.

• A comment about repairs;
Marinex has a set up process to buy spare parts from EET and with warranty as Marinex also need to supply warranty to you, both for the device itself and for the event Marinex did another repair/changed a part. On top of the job Marinex does, there is the administrative handling, time for a repair/replacement and obviously a margin for the job done. What we are trying to say is that you can’t compare the price Marinex offers to buying the part on e-Bay (probably cheaper) and do the job by yourself.

• Please keep in mind that this is sales of previously used products and anything can happen in the process as several parties have touched the product several times (handling/packing /transportation/unpacking and again, handling/packing/transportation /unpacking).

The webshop will be open until end of day 2026-04-06, (after this day it’s closed).

Instructions

1. Register at www.marinex.se/magint (see picture 1)

• Once you have registered, you can start shopping. You will also receive an e-mail with your login details if you want to shop several times. You should see the category named ”Personalköp-King” which is located on the menu at the top of the page. Here you will find the units that pertain to the personal purchase (see red-marked ring in picture 1).

2. Select the product (s) you want to buy (see picture 2).

• Before purchasing a product, you are obliged to read what possible faults a product may have in order to get full information about the quality, if something is broken or missing etc. Note!, we do not have the opportunity to provide missing or defective parts and cannot supplement if. As an example; a charger, a specific cable or a missing, or several missing parts.
